Bridge currently has three sites, based in Waterwells Sports Centre (Quedgeley), Bournside School (Cheltenham), & Archway School (Stroud). We currently have over 150 players registered with us. Our games programmes is organised so that we are able to play against a variety of professional clubs.
Since we opened we have played professional clubs such as Southampton, Wolves, West Brom, Coventry, Bristol City, Cheltenham Town, Forest Green, Oxford and Swindon as well as a variety of development & JPL clubs. Bridge has entered U7 and U8 teams in the local Gloucestershire Mini Soccer League to allow our younger players a chance to play at grassroots level if they currently aren’t attached to a club.
Bridge is currently involved in delivering a variety of community programmes across Gloucestershire. We work closely with the ‘Hesters Way Project’ to deliver drop in Football sessions there throughout the school holidays and provide funded spaces and hot meals on our football camps for children who are receiving free school meals.
