Director: Gerard McGinty

Gerry is a highly qualified and experienced coach with not only a UEFA A Licence but also an Advanced Youth Award (AWA) under his belt. Gerry has a Degree in Physiology & Sports Science, and is the current YDP Lead at Morecombe FC overseeing U14s, U15s, U16s. Gerry joined Morecombe following a spell with Cheltenham Town FC & Barnet as a YDP coach and as head of Maidenhead United’s Academy. Gerry is the Director of coaching with Bridge Football Academy and is responsible for the technical programme delivered to the players, aswell as coach CPD. Football Coach: Dan Virgo

Dan is a new coach to the Bridge Football Academy programme and is currently in his first year as an assistant. Dan has already passed his Level 1 with ambitions to progress onto his Level 2 this season. Dan had a strong playing background as a youth player representing Cheltenham Town, Forest Green Rovers and then later Shortwood & Brimscombe FC’s too.
